Note to the Synod
August 1, 2008

Today, August 1, is the start of my tenure as bishop of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Synod. I begin this call in thanksgiving to God for the opportunity to work with the congregations and rostered leaders of the synod. Be assured that you are in my prayers and that I look forward to our ministry together. Peace be with you.
